Consultations

A consultation is required in order to confirm your booking.

Consultations can be done in person, at the salon, or via WhatsApp on 082 680 6822.

If you would like to consult via WhatsApp, please send us the following;

• A photo of your hair currently in natural lighting and an inspo pic of your goal

• A brief description of hair history (any color, Brazilians etc) for the past 5 years.

Extensions

An in person consultation and quotation is required.

• The consultation ensures we are able to correctly color match extensions to your hair.

• We also require a 50% deposit in order to place your extensions order.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, will be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Cancellation fees will be 50% of the original scheduled booking.

• If you are 20 min + late, you will be subject to the same cancellation fee and will forfeit your booking.
